About The Role
We are looking to appoint a committed Class Teacher to join Krishna Avanti Primary School. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching, enabling all pupils to achieve their full potential within a supportive and inclusive environment. You will join a dedicated team with high expectations and a strong commitment to pupils’ academic and personal development.

For candidates with leadership aspirations, there is the potential to take on additional responsibility through a TLR, with areas including STEM, Humanities and Personal Development, or Creative Arts and Languages.
This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs), and we offer a supportive induction programme alongside high-quality professional development. We also welcome applications from more experienced teachers, including those seeking to further develop their leadership experience through a TLR position.

What will you do?
- Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that supports the progress and achievement of all pupils, using assessment effectively to inform learning.
- Create a safe, respectful and engaging classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour, independence and high expectations.
- Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress, providing clear feedback and adapting teaching to meet a wide range of needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external partners to support pupils’ development and contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Uphold professional standards, safeguarding responsibilities and the ethos and values of the school and the Avanti Schools Trust.
